A Bride’s Best Day
- Day Of Coordination
Meet (virtually or in person) as soon as possible to find out about the vision and plans already in place.
3-4 weeks before the wedding date the Bride and or Groom meets (virtually or in person) with Alison to hand over the Information Bundle (see details below). This will also include a consultation for any last minute details that need to be organised to make the day happen as imagined. (Allow 2 - 3 hours)
Alison is coordinating and directing, rather than executing - for example if 80 chairs need to be set up for an outdoor ceremony, Alison will direct the team that the Bride and Groom have organised (please note this could be venue staff).
1 week before the wedding, Alison will contact all vendors and confirm details and provide them with the timeline of the day, making herself the main point of contact from this point on.
Alison will arrive at the venue before the first vendor and will remain until the last vendor leaves (unless otherwise arranged).
Additional charges may apply for travel outside the Denver area (will be discussed and notated before contracts are signed).
Extra consultations available at any time for additional charges.
